Cannington House Bed and Breakfast provides beautiful luxury accommodation in Somerset. Our House is a Grade II listed Georgian, detached house dating from 1750 with a fascinating history. Recently renovated, we offer a high standard of modern comfort in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

Our Bed and Breakfast is in the centre of the Somerset village of Cannington. We are within walking distance of many local facilities – five pubs, shops, Indian restaurant, cash machines etc. Cannington House B&B has Double and Twin rooms available, all with fantastic en-suite facilities. Cannington House is also within easy reach of the Quantock Hills (an area of outstanding national beauty) and the Steart marshes (one of the UK’s largest wetland reserves).

Complimentary tea or coffee will be served in the guest lounge or garden upon arrival at Cannington House. Relax by the cosy fireplace in the winter where you can completely unwind. A kitchen is made available to guests to make warm drinks and prepare an evening meal if wished. So, sit back and enjoy the delights of Cannington House with all its charm and character.

In addition to a generous, cooked breakfast you can enjoy a choice of cereals, muesli or granola. Also, fresh locally grown fruits when in season, a selection of yogurts and preserves and bread from The Village Bakery are provided.

We also offer a delicious vegetarian option.

Ideally positioned between the Quantock Hills and the coast, Cannington is just three miles from Bridgwater and the M5. To the west, you’ll find Dunster Castle, Exmoor, and the stunning North Devon coastline, while to the east lie the Somerset Levels, Glastonbury, and Wells.

Check In/Out
We look forward to welcoming you to Cannington House Bed & Breakfast! Check-in is available between 4pm and 7pm, and we kindly ask guests to check out by 11am. If you need a different time, just let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
